In general, the most popular months for weddings in Mauritius are between May and November, which corresponds to the island's dry season and cooler temperatures.

During this period, you can expect pleasant weather with plenty of sunshine and lower chances of rain. The temperatures range from around 20°C (68°F) to 26°C (79°F), providing comfortable conditions for outdoor ceremonies and receptions. It's worth noting that the months of May, June, and September are particularly favored by many couples due to the milder weather and fewer tourists.

On the other hand, if you're looking for more affordable rates and fewer crowds, you might consider having your wedding during the shoulder seasons, which are April and December. While these months can be slightly warmer and have a higher chance of rainfall, they still offer decent weather overall and the opportunity to take advantage of off-peak prices.
